pao's shocking picture and the story behind sarny's face . hahahahaha

Well , i was looking through blogs and i found this picture of my dearest Pao Yu. During her trip in Langkawi she actually wore a bikini top without a shirt over it . I was shocked when i saw the picture , but i must definitely say that i'm so proud of her :) .

Now comes the 2nd part , there once lived a girl named Sarny . This dirty slut wasn't very pretty.. wakakakaka :) , but i still love you baby!! . Neways moving on... once she realized that her looks were very extraordinary , she decided to seek help.. and to get it fixed by Dr. Terchi Nam Murti .. hahahah . hehe , So here goes......

1 . As u can see her lips are gigantic and abit out of perportion . Her eyes are too sepet , and god knows her nose needs some fixing too . hahaha


2 . As u can see here at the second picture , Dr. Terchi Nam Murti has done a good job on the lips... it looks more humanly.. and the nose has been twisted into a better place. hahaha


3. The final result. Amazing ain't it , the Dr. pulled her eye lids and massaged it for several hours . She looks almost normal dont you think ? . hahahaha..

Imagine all the pain she went throught.. My heart goes out to her , where ever that lil girl is . hahaha

Actually , Sarny herself gave me the idea to do a post like this.. What can i say , she's in deep need of attention.. hahaha.. Nah , but jokes all aside i love her to death :) . She makes me laugh and cracks me up like there is no tomorrow .
