im finally leaving the hospital today.I couldn't be happier but... My grandmother stayed with me through out my stay here so when i go home its gonna be really lonely for me :(

She even celebrated her birthday in the hospital cause she was looking after me and she didnt want me to be alone . So much lovee <3
